I love Buffalo Wings with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.
I always bring my small bottle of Tobasco with me to add for an extra spicy kick. I also like the chipotle Tobasco.

Buffaloes DON"T have wings. Just joking. No, I really don't care for buffalo wings. I like hot stuff, but not buffalo wings.

Everybody knows that Buffalo DO NOT have wings. What are we REALLY getting when we buy Buffalo wings?
We also know, by the way, that Chickens do not have fingers. What are we getting when we buy Chicken Fingers?

The spicier the better. Buffalo fish is even better. Bread some fish, smother in jabanero sauce, fry six minutes or so. Delicious!

back in the 70s when I first had them they were much better than the way they are made now, they were marinated then grilled, and the sauce was tasty not just hot
