My fiance and I are moving after we are married. We did our registry according to color but we want some Celtic accents to tie them all together, you know, pretty knotwork, etc, but we don't want to spend a lot of money for specialty or imported items.

DIY Girl - Do It Yourself. Download a celtic template from one of those freeware sites (of which there are many). Go to a photocopy shop and have it enlarged, then take a length of cloth, hem it on all 4 sides, fold it over on the top and stitch it together, so that a wooden pole or broomstick can slide through it. Trace the design onto the cloth and then either paint it in or use a permanent marker to trace it. Just plain black on white looks good. Put 2 hooks in the wall that the pole can sit in. Place your original wall hanging on the wall, instant art !!

Design Toscano online and in their catalog has a nice selection and they are comparatively inexpensive. They have great clearance sales, too.
