Then throw it away. she will never know. plus lots of hair spray in unhealthy for your hair. just think of it as you are doing her a favor and yourself. Killing two birds with one stone.

No, as tempting as it may be, it's not yours to throw away. Maybe a few other people in the same department as the offending spray junkie can douse themselves with hair spray the same day and see if she notices. Either that, or talk to someone in HR about how to address the situation to the employee. That's what they're there for.

Maybe you could talk to her about the pollution the hairspray is causing and how the amount she is using in the restroom is bad for your health. It can affect allergies as well as asthma.

Tell her nicely (or get someone else to) that hairspray can give people asthma attacks and would she mind using the spray outside.

You may mention you are allergic to hairspray, and request that she not use it around you. If she won't curtail the use of hairspray, then I would approach human resources. Good luck!

Yeah, go ahead. She's only going to buy more. Maybe if you keep it up, she'll get the hint that it's bothering someone and spray her hair at hom. By the time she gets to work it won't be so overwhelming.

If she leaves it there it's fair game! Just make sure that you are not the only person that goes in there after her, so that way she won't know who it was that did it.
