A 50 mile radius wouldn't even take out the capital city of the province of Ontario, Toronto. You could fit all of Texas into Ontario several times over and still have room for California.
Besides, the word is "theory", not "theroy".

Mr. T has done some amazing things to save large tracts of natural land, therefore - i find it hard to believe that this is a rational theory.
Also - a theory cosistist of a few major parts - of which you are missing all of them & have provided no back-up or documentation of the possibility of this theory.
Relativity is a theory - this statment you have made is just retoric.
