Supposedly Psalm 118...or so that's what I've heard.
I haven't sat and counted myself though.

That answer may depend on which Bible one uses. The Catholic Bible has several more books in it. I have not tried as of yet to figure out the middle chapter in it is yet. (Scripturally speaking, although I was raised in a Protestant congregation; I consider the Catholic Bible to be closer to the truth, than the Protestant Bible).
