Immature little boys yes and some grown men I know as well. Real men compliment to compliment little boys use itto try to satisfy their raging hormones. All guys in their teenage years will use this method at least once so sorry girls when we are teenagers 80 percent of us are trying to sleep with you just letting it be known so there is no hard feelings.

A lot of guys do. It just depends on the setting in which a guy compliments you. If you're at a social function and you've dressed up you will get genuine compliments. On a date that might not be so true. Especially if you're not in a relationship with the person.

I am sure some guys do, but I am sure more guys than not will compliment a woman just to be kind, sincere, and gentlemanly towards them. Do you gals compliment us because you want us to drop trou? LOL. Everyone likes an honest and sincere compliment from someone every now and then. Could you imagine how bad life can be if you never got positive feedback?

For the last time YES!! Every single thing a man does is to "shag" you - whether its take you out, cook dinner, or just plain saying hi. Were men, its like hunting and gathering, it's instinct - I want to "shag" every girl I meet (even some uglies) It's not necessarily a bad thing, it's not like we can control our instincts, and it doesn't mean we won't be nice in a truly deep way, but my heart didn't really write that song for you, my junk did. :) Hope that helps.

But sometimes we just want you to know that there is something we just like about you chicks - like, the color or length of your hair, the perfume you wear, the way that sweater clings to your...okay, you get the idea.

Most guys are probably doing that on the off chance it will get them some action. Some of us really mean it though. I am happily married and wouldn't cheat (or want to), but I have told friends that their hair looked great or similar compliments.

I wouldn't. Some of them just want to, as you said, get into your underwear. But some of them really care about you as a person, and like you for who you are, not just for what you have to offer.
