its a mexican recipe for chicken polo but i use it for the spaghetti, hope you like it
One onion slices
5 garlic pieces slices
one green pepper slices
One hot pepper slices
4 spoons of ready made muschroom
1 cup of Tomato sauce
Put the onion with olive oil on the cooker till the onion turns yellow add the rest of teh ingredients on 40 degree don't forget to add salt, kurri, white pepper. put on the cooker for 15 min and the sauce is ready
Put If you like you can add small pieces of boiled chicken to the mixture on the boiled spaghetti
Another recipe
One onion slices

Some basils (fresh green is preferable)
Put all toghther on the cooker for 10 - 15 min and add to the boiled spaghetti

Madison County Spaghetti Sauce
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 md onion; chopped
1/4 c green bell pepper; chopped
2 cloves garlic; minced
3 cn (12-oz) tomato paste (up to)
7 cn water
1/4 ts dried oregano
1 ts dried basil
1 sm bay leaf
1 tb sugar
1 1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot over mediun heat. Saute the onion, green pepper,
and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and water, and
stir until smooth. Add oregano, basil, bay leaf, sugar, salt and pepper.
Simmer, uncovered for 1-2 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
Variation: For meat sauce, brown 1 pound Italian sausage and 1 pound ground
beef, and add with the spices.

Garlic & herb
1 cup of chopped up garlic
1/2 cup of fresh chopped up herb
1 1/2 of fresh tomatoe paste
1 pound of ground chuck hamburger
1/2 cup of green onions
DIRECTIONS
heat your oven up to 350*F. Get a medium sized pan and put the pound of hamburger in it. when the hamburger is fully cooked(and chopped up) then add the tomatoe paste, then the chopped up garlic, then the herbs, and then the green onions. stir about 20 strokes. then you have a delicious spaghietti sauce.
