Hey Joe,

If you are sure it is acne, see a Doctor, and the sites below.

Otherwise, it might be dirt pimples:

For Dirt Pimples (caused by bacteria entering your pores):
This procedure was taught to me by a medical professional when I use to get pimples as a kid. But I found it helps keep my skin in great condition:

1. HOT Water, hot as you can stand it, on a wash cloth - put over your face, till it cools a little. Do it again. This opens the thousands of pores in your face.

2. HOT Water, hot as you can stand it, on a wash cloth - put two fingers into the cloth, dip on a bar of some type of mild alkali soap (I use a neutral DOVE, unscented for sensitive skin), and start at your hairline gently rubbing small circles. Cover your whole face with this process, changing the position of your fingers, reheating the washcloth, several times. Do you forehead, around eyes, temples, nose, bridge of nose, cheeks, neck, chin, your whole face and neck. This puts soap into your pores, killing bacteria that go there, and melting away the excess oils.

3. Clean off the wash cloth with HOT water, hot as you can stand it. Use this wet HOT cloth to RINSE your face, Repeat - GENTLY - NO SCRUBBING!! You are causing the soap to leave the pores with most of the excess oils and bacteria.

4. Splash HOT Water on your face to complete the HOT rinse.
5 Now, turn on the COLD water, and splash your face - this causes the pores to close up - preventing bacteria from entering your pores.

Your face gets cleansed, exfoliated, disinfected, messaged, steamed, and awakened. Do this twice a day.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/
that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.
Source:
A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I don't know of anyone who has been on a simple antibiotic like amoxycillin for acne. That's kinda a strange solution to a problem, especially since like you said you now have NO immune system since you've been taking such a large dose of a common antibiotic that is normally used for real infections. I don't know who you are seeing for your dermatologist, but in all my years of living in South Florida and all the people I've known with acne probs (including myself at times), I've NEVER heard that solution. No WONDER you have no immune system! I don't know of ANYONE who has taken an antibiotic for an acne problem. Antibiotics are for infections, and if you have a skin INFECTION, then that is not what I consider acne. Acne, according to my personal knowledge of the condition, is a skin CONDITION that needs to be CONTROLLED. Antibiotics are to cure. I could be wrong here, but that's my opinion. Anyways, I have never heard of anything over-the-counter that can cure acne. And, if you are seeing a DECENT dematologist, you should not, as a patient, have to "suggest" anything to him. He should be able to correctly diagnose your condition and give you either a prescription cure, specially for someone who has such oily, sensative skin as you say you do, and take responsibility for the reactions that his patients have on such prescriptions.... OR give you suggestions for what to do to take care of your type of particular skin with over the counter stuff. No offense, but for a dermo doc to prescribe a simple antibiotic like Amoxycyllin for acne is the strangest RX I've ever heard of for such a condition. Talk to your dermo doc. If he doesn't give you any feedback, then I would find another dermotologist. Good luck.
