i am needing to loose weight, i have tried everything from adipex to konjac root.slimfast, slimquick trimspa. i need something to decrease my appitite, the adipex worked for a while i lost 35 pounds but gained it all back and the some, after a while it quits working..any suggestions

Pills and shakes are only a temporary solution if they work at all. If you really want to lose weight and keep it off you need portion control and exercise. You also need to get a hobby to keep your mind off food. You should only eat to live not live to eat.
