a tale of woe..with a message..a friend was in the final throws of a relationship, but hearing the way to a mans heart ect ect...she cooked his favourite Shepperd's pie......halfway through the food he stopped..and unkindly said...this is cr-- it tastes like dog food....so a bit upset my friend thought oh does it!......few weeks go by..and things settle down...he says...mmmm just fancy my favourite......so willingly she makes the Shepperd's pie...but this time with a good dollop of PAL...prolonges active life you know....she told me it was sooooo good to sit there and watch him down his doggie dinner.....no help but it may make you smile...

What's spag bol? Anyway, if he won't eat what you cook and he won't cook for himself, let him starve! You're not his mother and he's not 5 years old.

I've had this problem with my family and we finally realized that it would help with time and groceries if we just made a "menu" for a week or two of dinner plans and I can cook whatever is on the menu whenever I want to and no one can complain because it was agreed upon by everyone =D. It also saves on unexpected errands that you might need to run due to ingredient shortages.

Your question does not make sense.... I love spag bol... I go to Tesco and buy their ready made sauce, fresh pasta and garlic bread..... It takes 15 miinutes and is good for all of those hard working women out there! ........ Tell him to stop whining!

I f you know that he doesnt like it, then why do you cook it for him? Just ask him what he wants. I never cook anything that my man doesnt like, its a bit selfish, but on the other hand if you like it then he's being selfish you cant eat just what he likes all the time, tell him to get off his lazy *** and do his own dinner !

Does he go out to work all day, do you work all day. If so try and share and share alike. My husband absolutely hates cooking and unless I am ill he will not cook, though he will wash up and clear away, so he does his fair share.

my problem is that if i wanna cook proper meal u know the one that consists of veggies then no-one wants it, also kids wont eat shephards pie but eat mince and mash - come on wots the difference? (by the way they are male - maybe thats y - got something to do with gender & are just awkward cos its in their genes) :-)
