there are a couple of ways...here's what I could come up with
1)saying it out loud in person
2)phoning her
3)emailing her
4)texting her
5)speaking to her in another language
6)drawing a picture
7)act it out
My personal fav it #1, that way you can talk about it, see feedback right away, and its get it over with the fastest

Get to know eachother first.
Then when you are BOTH comfortable with eachother and very close then tell her :)
