No. I'm absolutely content saying I don't know and I couldn't ever fully comprehend. I think that saying that you know what the higher power is entirely is arrogant because we are nothings that never could understand. I want no part of saying I have all the answers.

No. The two have NO relation.
Gnostics believe in a hostile God. A God who created this world as basically a bad joke. Gnostics believe women are evil and don't go to heaven. They think this because they believe that procreation only propagates God's bad joke.
Agnostics are firmly on the fence. God may exist. God may not exist. Agnostics firmly believe that there will never be proof of God.
