The second part of the Q. is written in slang-English, beyond my comprehension. The answer to first part is in affirmative. As we all are accountable to The Lord Creator--The Master of the Day of Judgement, so we have to be cautious. In spiritual words: we have to retain God-consciousness at all moments(heart-beats in Sufi term), and at all times(Sufi term-every breath).
