Being born on February 29th is great. Your birthday is February 29th for all the official documentation in your life, but you just tell people its March 1. Then on leap years you get two days of birthday treatment!!!
For practical matters including age and various cutoffs dates, a February 29th birthday is treated the same as March 1. Therefore, a Feb-29er is the same age as a March 1 baby.

If you are referring to people with birthdays February 29 they still get a year older on non leap years. They don't have to have a leap year to age. My great aunt was born on February 29 and she just celebrates her birthday on the 28 during non leap years.

During leap years your birthday would be on it's correct day, during non-leap years it would be the day before. Either way you'd be the same age as anyone else born on a regular day.

A birthday is based on how many freakin' years you live not on a date.....yikes! this is such a silly question....I know that some people do the every 4 year b'day as a lark but when it comes time to drink ...vote and whatever at 21.....they will multiply quickly!

the year is aproximatly 365.25 days and so your age will be equal to the number of years you have been alive.

some ppl say that u just hav ur b-day on feb.28th but still that isnt ur real b-day cuz u werent born on that exact day...so i depends wut exact leap year u were born in.
