If you want a vitamin supplement Centrum is good, but be warned your body does not need all of what is in that and it may do more harm than good. You may want to focus on certain types of vitamins you know your body needs more of, such as Vitamin C (you can never take too much Vitamin C because it is water soluble and your body will take what it needs and flush whatever it doesnt away in your urine).
A good supplement I've found in Chlorella and Spirulina. Try googling information on them (or yahoo!ing) because people often cite these as miracle supplements.

Before you buy, take the most expensive brand and hold it next to the least expensive. Check the labels...you will find that a lot of your high-end brands have the same percentage of vitamins and minerals that its less expensive counterpart has. You're just paying for the name in most cases. You have to go with your needs. Good luck.

Try the Hi-Tech. Multi.
Most other traditional multi-vitamin and mineral products provide only 100% of less of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of each ingredient, which is a grossly out dated and insufficient benchmark for optimal nutrient intake. Hi-Tech Multi-Vitamin with Minerals⢠goes above and beyond the RDA!
