cut on the cheek?

my husband has a cut on his cheek. he doesn't know how he got it. can this be something serious? should he see a doctor or wait?

It seems to me that any unknown injury could be something serious, but since its only a cut its not that likely that it is in fact something serious. However, it never hurts to ask a doctor....better safe than sorry.

could have gotten it while sleeping. Put some peroxide on it, it should heal by itself. If it's deep, go to a doctor, he may give you a stitch or two... or that stitchless tape. He may have been in a fight too, and doesn't want to worry you. So no worries... It's man stuff. He'll deal with it.

your husband should go and see a doctor because it can turn into a infection so he should go and get treatment
