And I am sincerely interested; so just know if you go off on a ramapage or are a total non-believer I will simply ignore your anser because it will not be helpful and you will be wasting your own time.

I am a Jew. We do not believe in Hell and your actions determine your share in the world to come, not your beliefs.

I believe that no religion is, has been, or ever will be good enough to save you. There is a huge difference between following a religion and actually having a relationship with Christ. I believe that there will be followers of every religion in hell and in heaven. It takes more than subscribing to a certain set of beliefs.

I follow my Good Shepherd. I hear His voice & follow Him. Perfect religion before God is helping the widows, orphans, etc. & keep self from sinful living.

Jesus Christ is my LORD, and I will follow Him all of my days. That means to trust & obey Him & Our Father, through the grace of the Holy Spirit.

I am not under the law of sin & death. I am under the law of grace.

The Kingdom of Heaven is within and it starts when a person gets born of God through heart faith.

I don't believe it is just Heaven or Hell. Those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of Life go straight to heaven (Those whose sins are covered by the Blood of the Lamb.). This is the first resurrection. Consider all Godly Priesthoods; Melchezidec, Levitical & Jesus Christ our High Priest after the order of Melchezidec.

Hell was made for the devil & his angels. That would include people who do the devil's destructive work & never accept God's love & gift of salvation from their sins.

Some dead go to where the dead are in the sea. Some dead go where the dead go (sleep). Some dead go to hell. They will all stand before God the day of the Great White Throne Judgment. Where they will be judged according to their works (conscience & land laws). Everyone whose names are not found in the Books of Life are thrown into the Lake of Fire, the second death.

The beast, false prophet, satan & death (& would guess hell would say hello friend.) also end up in the Lake of Fire. Read Revelation 20.

The bible God is the God of the living.

My religion is Reality!

Bart Kosko:
"What is Heaven? Heaven's a place where you can create worlds at will, and the ideal Heaven is where you run the whole thing yourself. The current means of getting to Heaven involve various supernatural systems for which, at this point, there's no scientific evidence. So I think we can reduce Heaven to an engineering project, which we're doing. The demand for Heaven is great--witness the desire of every human heart, from the people who built the ancient pyramids to modern society, to live beyond one's biologically allotted time. Our plan is ultimately to transfer human consciousness from the brain to bits of information in a computer chip, or some other kind of computational medium, so that just by thinking--that act of volition--we'll be able to create our own personal world. And I think the first stage of Heaven will be the sensory world, and beyond that I think we'd hit a higher, spiritual plane.

First of all, I don't 'belong' to any religion. Religion is mans way of getting to know God, Christianity is Gods way for us to meet and accept Him. There is only one heaven and one hell as described in the Bible. Some religious organizations have their own version of heaven or hell, but it does not reflect the same as the Holy Bible which is accepted by Christians around the world as being Gods' infallible word. Some other organizations claim to have "the word of God', but none claim that their books are inspired by God as the Holy Bible is.

I am Catholic,

While Catholics do not believe that other faiths are doomed to hell, we do believe that Jesus is still the true path to heaven.

If you never knew about Jesus and the Church, you can't help not being a Christian.

We don't keep lists of each faith and pass judgment on which ones will and won't get to heaven.

In my opinion, not all Catholics are going to make it and some of other faiths will make it, but I am not going to judge ANYONE I have my hands full with my own salvation.

Good Question,

God Be with you!

Peace!

I believe everyone has to find there own way to whatever happens when we die. In my religion Vodou, we believe that everyone goes to the waters of Ginen. Ginen is in Africa where our roots are.

There is no real concept in Vodou of the afterlife. The main points are either we reside in Ginen or we become "guides" for our family. Beyond this we can not say for certain because we have not been told by God.

This is a mystery we feel we will know the answer to when we die. There is no need to know the answer know. It can not possibly help while we are living. We have faith God will show us when the time comes.

I am Muslim.

As Muslims, we know that our hearts belong to Allah and He is the Judge of the hearts. We cannot say that someone is going to Paradise or to Hell (except for those we have been told about by Allah. For example, Pharaoh is gonna be in hell for sure, and our Prophet Muhammad is going straight to Heaven). So we can only say what types of beliefs and actions would bring a person closer to either place, not decide that this person is going to hell, and that person in heaven. We don't even know where we ourselves are going, so how about judging someone else's destination?

Hi, great question! There is one God and one heaven. Whoever makes it there is God's decision. Forgive me for not knowing were in the Bible this passage is but God did state that he gave other religions to other nations. He has a plan of salvation for everyone, even those who have never heard of him in their lifetime. There is always the second ressurection after the millenium. many feel that this is the time that those who have not had the opportunuty to earn salvation in their lifetimes will have the opportuity then. Hope that helps!

I am a Christian. I guess you would call me fundamentalist because I believe that the bible is true. I don't care so much about "organized religion" per se because denomination doesn't really matter so much to me as long as the bible is followed and Jesus is Lord.

Ok that being said... I believe that the only way to get to heaven is through Jesus Christ - he said "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me."

But at the same time, Paul said in Romans that the people who trust God (have faith in what God promises will happen) will get to go to heaven.

So what you do or don't do won't get you into heaven, but only by trusting what God has said.

So let's say that there is a "Christian" who thinks they are going to earn their way into heaven by going to Church twice a week, fasting, and donating alot of money to charity. Won't happen - we cannot impress God with what we do - the only person who ever impressed God was Jesus. So even though this person calls themself a Christian, they are not trusting in God so they won't go to heaven.

By contrast let's say there is a Muslim woman who has never heard the name of Jesus. But in her heart she sincerely wants to know God - Romans says she will be judged based on the light that she was given. If she understands that no matter how many times she prays, no matter how many times she washes herself she will never be truly clean before God... if she understands God is good and yet she cannot please him... well God is her judge and will judge her based on how she responded to what she knew. Perhaps he will even send a missionary to tell her about Jesus! Perhaps he will reveal himself to her in a vision (yes, this often happens with Muslims!)

I don't know if I answered your question well or not - if you want to know more, let me know :D
