I am on an extremely limited budget. (Single income family). I use to ride MTB in AZ for about 5 years. Had an old Trek. Anyway, I want to get a road bike for multiple reasons. GAS prices, we only have one car and I want to leave it with my wife, I need to get back into shape. My work is only 7.5 miles from my house, which I don't think it would take too long to accomplish that. (I use to ride 30+ mile trips on MTB trails). Anyway, I have been browsing bikes and noticed the price difference from MTB to road bikes. I stumbled across Ibex's website and was reading about the company, on their website. I am looking at the Ibex Classic. I was wondering if any of you have any thoughts on this company?

I've seen very good reviews in mtbr.com forums. At least for their mountain bikes they seem pretty good, with good service. They're an internet only sales company, but I think you can talk to them and have your Q answered. I would consider them, I think they're a pretty good value :)

Good luck!
