You have at least a blown head gasket. The next trick is to find out what caused it to blow. If it got hot and a head cracked that would explain it. No matter what it's not cheap to fix so I would run away from this vehicle.

If its only runs out a little after you started it, it means your catalytic converter is working properly. If water runs after the engine is warm, the head gasket is gone! So is the smoke at cold engine little at first may b acceptable, but only at first maybe 20 cek. If you see white smoke after that its an antifreeze, blueish is oil. this is when you run!

It sounds like it may have a blown head gasket. Pull the dip stick and see if the oil is milky, also take off the oil filler cap and see if there is moisture and a light brownish misture of oil and water on it.

Why are you still looking at that car?
Why are you still at that dealer?
You mean you haven't left yet?
