someone for a date? That doesn't make any sense what-so-ever. I think if I give a person my #, I expect them to call me the next day to schedule a date. If I don't answer, I have a voice mail, you can tell me your # to call you back.
It's a whole perception of confidence thing, right? Like if you call right away, that means you're desparate? If you wait a week it means you're confident?
Give it up, everyone knows the game. Now it's just annoying...

Yes, to not SOUND desparate, which means you really ARE desparate.
That's my point. It's a game and it's for losers.

if they wait to call you that means they are not interested in you an only want sex. if they call you next day they actually think about you an wnata continue on into a dating then relationship.

It is annoying. But unfortunately most people have a pride thing so they play that waiting game. If you call too soon then you're desperate and you are showing that you like that person. Which leaves you vulnerable. If you call a few days later, it shows that you're casual about it.
