I do believe God is real, but I do not know about Jesus being his one and only son. I am not Jewish, but I do believe that he was a prophet. I believe he was just a good guy, trying to share his wonderful ideas with the entire world, or anyone who would have listened. Oh and the reason I think god is real, is because there is love. The reason things exist is because God loves us, and we are all sons and daughters, just trying to find our own path home. Whether Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Eckankar and so on and so forth. I suppose one could look at it like this. I mean I am not that religious, but I would like to think that God is there, never really interfering, but just there.

Yes I know God is real!

God the eternal Son became incarnate in Jesus Christ. Through Him all things were created, the character of God is revealed, the salvation of humanity is accomplished, and the world is judged. Forever truly God, He became also truly man, Jesus the Christ. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived and experienced temptation as a human being, but perfectly exemplified the righteousness and love of God. By His miracles He manifested God's power and was attested as God's promised Messiah. He suffered and died voluntarily on the cross for our sins and in our place, was raised from the dead, and ascended to minister in the heavenly sanctuary in our behalf. He will come again in glory for the final deliverance of His people and the restoration of all things. (John 1:1-3, 14; Col. 1:15-19; John 10:30; 14:9; Rom. 6:23; 2 Cor. 5:17-19; John 5:22; Luke 1:35; Phil. 2:5-11; Heb. 2:9-18; 1 Cor. 15:3, 4; Heb. 8:1, 2; John 14:1-3.)

No knocking here. It is great that you question the existence of God. As I tell my youth group, you can't believe in something you don't question.

God is all around you. Not the Zen or Karma...but in nature; the earth, the seas, the sky, the planets, the stars...etc.

God is apart of you. The intricate way your heart or brain works, your digestive system, your reproductive system.

God choose to reveal himself to us 3 different ways.
1st- God the Father, the creator of all things, the great I AM.
2nd- God the Son, Jesus Christ, God in flesh to die and rise for our sins.
3rd- God the Holy Spirit, to live inside us, to guide and direct us once we have excepted the Lords invitation to cleanse our past through Baptism and start anew living a Christian life.

The way I see it. We were created by God to be with him. But our sin keeps us from that. You can't get into heaven by good deeds alone. So Jesus died and rose again to pay the price for sin. If we believe in him will live eternally. Eternal life is spending forever with Jesus in heaven.

The Father IS God
The Son IS God
The Holy Spirit IS God

Hope that helps a little...and if you have anymore questions feel free to email me.

I know God is real..I have had too many experiences in my life to believe otherwise & yes I believe Jesus was & is God's Son. I believe in God & believe in his son Jesus Christ as our Savior. I am 48 yrs. of age, mother of two, grandmother of five, happily married, I am not within sin, I do not attend church even though I know & feel in my heart I should.

well technically Jesus wasnt his son but Jesus was God himself. otherwise your claiming that Christianity is more of a polytheistic religion instead of monotheistic. that or your worshipping a false God, where jesus isnt really a god but instead the son of a god, (sort of like worshipping hercules instead of zues). and then it always makes me wonder why Jesus called out to himself if he really is God, (when hes on the cross, "father why have you forsaken me")
