what could my condition be? I have zits that are big and get swollen. They have clear liquid in them and harden the skin around them. you can're REALLY ever squeeze them... and nothing has worked... antibiotics, topical treatment, etc. What should I do? What is this? I thought it was cystic acne... but I have no way to tell, really.

Seriously, neither can we. I doubt anybody on here will really be able to tell...though they might try to guess. I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY suggest you visit a doctor! It does not have to be a dermatologist, although it wouldn't hurt if you did see one if possible. It sounds like it could be an extreme form of acne or it could be a very serious rash on your face. If liquid is coming out, it probably an infection, and you may need antibiotics. Go to your doctor right away!!!!! Best advice I can give you!!

sounds to me like some sort of allergic reaction. I got the same sort of thing when I ran afoul of poison ivy/oak/sumac. Go see your doc, and get it cleared up. You don't want to let this plague you any longer than you have to, mate!
