Genetics is the main cause. The colored or black pigmentation is dominant over the white and usually therefore when black people have sex they usually have black kids.. and since they have sex a lot, our world just keeps getting more black kids.

The same way they get white, or brown, or yellow babies! I have 2 interacial babies and I am truly offended by your question! Who cares what colour their skin is? They adopted them just like everyone else. Most of the babies that need a home right here in America are young African-American males. Do you have a problem with it or something? I don't see anything wrong with it. As long they teach the baby about their (the baby's) culture/heritage. They deserve a loving home just as much as you or I.
