A young man with schizo-effective disorder is in a state hospital. A couple of weeks ago his new apartment management company claimed the apartment abandoned, threw and gave all of his person belongs and furniture away . He has lived in the same location for approximately 17 years. He has been in the Mental Health and Mental Retardation system for approximately 20 years as an outpatient.

If your rights are violated than it would be the Human rights department through your state. Fastest solution would be to report the findings to social services. Otherwise his appointed guardian needs to be alerted.
