Based on the surgical Hx provided you would benifit from a consult with a Neurosurgeon that specializes in pain management. Consider a pain pump implanted sub dermal with the working end inserted into the spinal canal. This will provide immediate relief to the lumbar spine. The anterior and thoracic spine is another issue.Good Luck!!!
