ITs small white, pointy ears, has black nose, and black lips,(black lips are weird)
It aslo seems like his head and chest are bigger than his behind.

I would have to say a Westie, West Highland terrier. Go to dogbreedinfo.com, they have a list of all breeds with pictures.

Go to www.akc.org & look - is it long-, short-, or wire-haired? I will guess West Highland White Terrier, Parson Russell Terrier, or possibly a cream-colored Scottish Terrier. Except for the ears, I would guess Sealyham Terrier. And, if a gray color, a Dandie Dinmont Terrier. Look these all up on the website & lets us know!

West Highland Terrier, Maltese (some have pointed ears, but breed standard says they have to lay), Chihuahua, American Eskimo, Bull Terrier, solid white fox terrier?
With out a picture it is hard!

Its hard without a picture, but I would guess bulldog or French bulldog (they are rather small).
