It's not any simpler if you're from Canada than if you're from anywhere else ... same rules apply ....

It doesn't matter where you are from..everyone who comes here from another country has to go through the same process..alot of Canadians think that just because they are from Canada that it means that the transition process will be easier..just is not the case...I know this for a fact, my husband is Canadian and he thought; hey I'm from Canada, they will just give me a green card no questions asked..NOT!

I'm not sure if a green card is needed, but if it is, just go through the process, and you could become a legal resident!

Nope. It is never "simple" to become a legal citizen of the US. Same rules apply to everyone (SEE, the immigration process isn't racist!!)

it's just that the u.s customs ask for prove that you're not going to become a charge for society
(when aplaying for a visa to come legally to the u.s)and since many Mexicans or Latinos lack to prove those requirements their request is denied
