My mom always made us eat our age.
So give your son 4 pieces of corn, or green beans. Whatever it is you are eating.
At that age 4 doesn't look like alot and he is more likely to eat them if it is only 4 instead of 20.

A great way especially for a four year old is doing art with vegetables and getting to eat it later.
Get a burrito wrap for the face for example and use different vegetables to make a face.
Brocolli for the hair, carrots for a nose, tomatoes for eyes...let him use him imagination! =
Another great way is a good dip. My son is two and he loves ranch dip with carrots or even celery. After a while, once he gets used to eating them...he'll have them in the car while driving as a snack.
Good luck!

ok well when my daughter doesent want to try a new food i let her help me in the kitchen. it seems to work pretty good. she doesnt always clean her plate but she does at least try everything. also as far as veggies go...if you have a yard you and your son could start a little vegitable garden and watch it grow togeather..watch him take pride in eating the veggies hes grown. if no yard. take him shoping with you and let him help you pick vegatables or go to a farmers market.

Bring them to the store and let them explore the produce section. Let them pick something out.
We also give out small "rewards" for trying veggies/healthy food. A trip to the Dollar store for a cheap toy.
Also - throw out all the junk (I KNOW you have it - we did too LOL). That stuff wacks out their taste buds.

i'm a kid and i like most veggies. tell them to eat their veggies or no junk food for them. also, try starting with some of the tastier veggies, such as carrots and baked potatoes. if your kids like chicken, try making chicken devan ( chicken cheese and broccoli, baked in oven )
