is it ok to eat grapefruit and take centrum in the morning?

i heard that sometimes its not okay to eat grapefruit w/ medications. but is it ok if its vitamins? thanks

The acid in grapefruit may interfere with the vitamin working properly. Take your vitamin with a little piece of bread and wait thirty minutes before eating the grapefruit.

yes its okay. centrum is not a medication and has no form or medication in it so it is okay to take centrum and eat grapefruit. in fact i recommend it!
