Through my own research, I have discovered the human body is capable of burning minimal calories throughout the day even if the individual is sedentary and only doing the basics such as getting out of bed, moving about one's home, sitting on the sofa, etc. That said, you need to fuel your body but if you no desire to eat large amounts of food, stay with the basics and keep it simple.

Every body is different as to what is needed to get moving. On average about two hours after waking is a good time to eat but this is not the golden rule. Listen to your body and see what it needs. Easier said than done but something very important.

1. Yes. Breakfast is just that. A break from your fast that you had while you were sleeping. It'll give energy in the morning until lunch, even if you're doing nothing, you're still burning calories. So if you're hungry, have a good breakfast.

2. I don't understand your question. How long do you have to what? You should rephrase this question so people can understand what you are trying to say.

I eat as soon as I wake up to "stoke the fire".

As soon as I am up, a pot of coffee. If I am not going to do anyting all day (which is unusual) theen you need to go light. Low calorie, high protein. So for instance, a hard boiled egg with my coffee.

If I am going to workout, I'll have 2 pieces of ezekiel break with peanut butteer and honey. If I am bulking up.. I'll have both, before and after working out (drop one toast slice and add an egg to the =)

Good luck.
