I am specifically looking for restaurants in Loudoun County, Tyson's or Reston. I have a friend visiting from out of town ,and I am looking for restaurants with gluten-free menus for her. Does anyone know any accomodating restaurants outside of the chain restaurants (PF Changs, Outback, Bonefish, Don Pablos)

There are a lot of restaurants that have gluten free menus. Outback, Carrabbas, Bonefish Grill, PF Changs are chains that do.

Treat your visitor to some gluten free goodies from Whole Foods (Vienna). They have a great selection.
