Actually exercise is a good appetite suppressor. The reason is because the good feeling you get from eating too much is caused by your brain releasing endorphins is also made when you exercise, but it lasts longer.
Eat sensible portions (read labels - you'd be surprised how small a portion or serving size actually is!), and exercise.
Take stairs instead of an elevator or escalator. Park further away from the store entrance. Stand to do something instead of sitting. Jump up and jog in place during TV commercials. Walk in place while you do the dishes instead of throwing them in the dishwasher. Make your bed every day. Just change the little things and they add up.

eat lots of fruit and veg, go running/walking at least 3 miles four times a week. Only drink alcohol once a week or not at all if possible. Allow three months for serious results. Don't give up!

Water - You need to drink a large glass of water every time you feel hungry and wait . It fools the stomach for a while at least.
No idea on the exercise, sorry.

water 4 to 6 bottles a day and rice cakes for a snack and then walking about 20 minutes a day til you feel good then swim every other day

Just eat normally but drink lots of water and exercise be careful though, make your portions smaller too

Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber. There is nothing better than a diet high in those especially vegetables as long as you don't cream, fry, saute, etc. them.
