She is the one dating the guy, not you. It is up to her if she feels she is "cheating" to do something about it (ie- stop seeing you, stop seeing him, or say "hell with it!" and date you both).
Dating is the process of finding the person who is right for you, if her current boyfriend is not the right one, she will leave him eventually if you are there or not (you may just speed up the process).
However, this argument will probably not be very persusave if her boyfriend gets jealous and decides to kick your ***. ;-)
Oh, and the fact that you asked this question pretty much proves you ARE interested in this girl (but that's okay, your not dating anyone!)

Being her friend shouldn't be an issue. Continue your relationship in the "friendship category". If you aren't making a move on her, you aren' moving in. I'd say stick around. This big boyfriend may not be in the picture forever, and then you can make a move if you so desire.

If she has a boyfriend then you shouldn't be putting the moves on her, plain and simple. You need to respect that relationship and consider her what she really is: just a friend! Don't get delusional now....Trust me, if she wants to take it to another level you'll know...In the meantime, don't overstep your boundaries cause that could jeopardize a relationship with her in the future.

Its Time To Set This In Stone. the two She is going or you bypass era. Intamicy is merely meant for 2, a third is toooo many.. you're thoroughly suitable to compliment this to end and if it develop into my guy who did this, it may of taken merely seeing a telephone variety for it to end.

As long as you don't act on those more then friends feelings by trying to break them up, you should be fine. If you catch yourself subconsciously doing it, stop.

the big boyfriend has nothing to do with it unless your feelings for her have already taken place in your mind further than your friendship and your imagining the big boyfriend chases you and more ....so yes if she is your friend and you are seeing more of her than just that honesty needs to be placed in this friendship that's what friends friendships are based upon

Why torture yourself? Either confess your feelings and let the chips fall where they may, or buck up and realize there's plenty more fish in the sea....
