what ingredient is it? Is that ingredient available to home cooks?

I would like to make popsicles, from fruit, without all the artificial stuff.

Although I do realize this must also be artificial.

It's the gelatin in the pudding that makes it set. You can buy powdered gelatin in grocery stores.

Fruit popsicles are made from artificial flavors, but there are some that are 100% fruit. But it's so easy to make them at home that I just make them at home.

Well, rather than try to just answer the question, how about a couple of links to some recipes that might give you a chance to make your own with non-artificial ingredients?

Try the ones below and see if anything there works for you -- and good luck!!

I think it would be Gelatine.

Food Uses:

Common examples of foods that contain gelatin are gelatin desserts or jelly, trifles, aspic, marshmallows and confectioneries such as Peeps and gummy bears. Gelatin may be used as a stabilizer, thickener, or texturizer in foods such as ice cream, jams, yogurt, cream cheese, margarine; it is used, as well, in fat-reduced foods to simulate the mouth feel of fat and to create volume without adding calories.
