Prairie Fire - a shot of tequila with 10 drops of tabasco.

Here's one that's worse - it's called the curdler:

Give someone a shot of baileys - but tell them not to swallow it - hold it in the mouth - now give them a shot of straight lemon juice and tell them to suck it back - instantly the baileys will curdle in their mouth which will make them gag!

Nasty - I know - but it's worse than the Prairie Fire!

The cement mixer is worse! It is a shot is made of a base layer of Baileys Irish Cream and a float of lime juice. It is usually served to a drinking "newbie" as a sort of prank. You tell them to sip it up quick and swish it in their mouth to blend the flavors. This, of course, causes the acid in the lime juice to curdle the cream in the Bailey's, resulting in a citrusy-cottage cheese mixture in the drinker's mouth. YUCK!

mat shot. we drank em in college after we blew our beer money at the bar. when the bar tender's not looking, you pick up the shot mat and pour the remains from the other shots into your beer mug and slam it before the bar tender turns around. sometimes it wasn't too bad. other times you refunded on the bar, the bartender (actually saw that happen once) or your date.
