Ask her what the accomidations will be. It wouldn't be rude to ask that. If it's only one room you may get lucky or she may just want your company. You may just have to wait and see.....

why not just enjoy the holiday and see what happens? at worst you get to go on holiday...its not as though she's asked you to donate your vital organs with her....what have you got to lose??? judging whether you're friends or more than that is up to you...there's nothing like a good holiday to sort out the friends from the lovers....don't expect just enjoy whatever happens if she's not worth going on holiday with unless sex is on the cards then chances are your in for a pretty rubbish holiday...but i'm sure she's great so have fun!!!

Only you know the answer to that, Is the relationship with this lady purely friendship only or do you sence that certain little spark between you?
I think you know deep down when someone is giving off those sorts of vibes, my guess is, if it's not obvious don't risk it. you may loose a good friend.
