OK...when I was a kid, people put raw eggs in milk shakes to add protein. It was no big deal. Now, the health professionals want everyone to believe that you can get salmonellae from raw eggs. You'll absorb it raw just like you would if it was cooked. You can get powdered eggwhites or protein mixes made of whey or soybeans if you'd rather do that. I, personally, wouldn't have a problem eating/drinking a raw egg.

Raw eggs can make you sick from possible bacteria within it. You can get close to raw by coddeling it.
Coddle an egg: bring a small pot of water to fast boil and gently place the whole egg into it and cook for 45 seconds.
I dont know how it builds your body, but protien powder drinks also bulk people up.

Do you want to build your muscles up or gain weight?
If it's weight you want, try drinking Half and Half and using it in all your creamed soups in lieu of milk. That's what I did when I was too thin for my height and gained 22 pounds in one month.
If it's muscle strength you're looking for, try checking with the people at GNC.
As for the scare with raw eggs...if you've ever eaten a Ceaser salad out in a restaurant, chances are you've eaten raw eggs.

You can digest raw egg. It's even used in cooking sometimes. If you're trying to gain weight though I don't think it would make a difference if you ate the eggs raw or cooked. I prefer mine hard boiled. :D

You can eat raw eggs, some people do. But you are at risk of contracting salmonella, a bacterial infection. Just eat a lot of protein and good fats (like avocado and peanuts). But balance it out with veggies and fruits.

Raw eggs CAN contain salmonella...food poisoning! Go to www.gnc.com or go to one of their stores, or a similar store, like Vitamin World and check out their products to help people gain weight, and muscle.

you can mix one raw egg in a glass of milk , drink it , but you must have some physical work to digest it . but only one egg a day

Eating raw eggs is dangerous, it could kill you. (OK that may be a slight exaggeration) Have you tried the protein shakes? Also, go to GNC and ask them what products they suggest.
I have a friend who also has this problem, and she has just come to the conclusion that it is best to accept her body the way it is. Look at it this way...At least you aren't fat.

no .. if you eat raw eggs then you will get vitamins to build good teeth and stuff but raw eggs wont build your body.. to get bigger,its better to eat fat or like meat , fish , etc.. not raw eggs... eat a lot of fat along with meat .. it will help tremedously

its kind of unsafe!!!cooking or frying raw eggs kills bacterial that can give you viruses make you sick so.i would try to fry them
the reason the build is PROTIEN its still got protein if you cook it
if you want to gain weight do it with good tasting healthy food remember eggs have chlosteral
