If you eat a meal that is mostly carbs (fruit, cereal, breads), it all breaks down into sugar (glycogen) in your bloodstream. That gets too high and signals your pancreas to pump in insulin to bring your blood sugar level down. Then it gets too low and you get hungry and lightheaded.
It's best to eat a balance of fat, protein and carbs at each meal. Have an egg white omelet with your cereal or another protein like chicken with your fruit. Don't be eating a lot of high-cholesterol foods like bacon and egg yolks or you'll clog up your arteries! And eat lots of leafy green veggies like broccoli.

sounds like a sugar crash. The oatmeal and fruit sounds good, but not before a workout. You need more protien. Bananas and strawberries-and the brown sugar in the oatmeal-are just full of sugar. You sugar up, then crash after or while working out, its been burned off and it makes you dizzy. Balance it out with some protien. You should always have protien with a carbs. Have peanut butter in your oatmeal if you want to keep away from the bacon and eggs. Or have some kind of egg mc muffin, like a poached or scrambled egg, canadian bacon or ham on a wheat english muffin. Then you can also have a bananna or other fruit and juice.

It's probably from the sugar. Consuming sugar causes your body to produce insulin to break down the sugar. By the time you get to the gym at noon, your blood sugar level is probably a little low causing you to become dizzy. I would suggest you cut the sugar out of your meals. If you are not willing to do that, then eat a small snack before you go to the gym.

Light-headedness after eating certain foods isn't a common allergic reaction. But that doesn't mean it can't happen, or that it hasn't happened. Try to avoid the cheese. Good luck!

You are overloading on the carbs! All things in moderation, dear. The high carb breakfast is causing your glucose to skyrocket and that's what's giving you the light headed feeling. Balance your meals with part carb; part protein. That should help.

You may have a problem with blood sugar levels and you might be hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). Check with your doctor to make sure.

Are you mildly allergic or intolerant of any of the foods? Also, there is a lot of sugar in those foods.
