In the eye of the beholder but if it is also in the eye of the one you are beholding then they see you as beautiful too. Which is always a good thing!

If it's in YOUR eye and you are the beholder, then it's you who are doing the beholding. If it's in the eye of another (even the one you are beholding) then they are doing the beholding someplace else and at someone else. Get it? In other words, the adage merely means that everyone sees what they want to see in another person. Period.

i believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and people need to look underneath the surface more there are so many focusing on what you look like when really that is not what makes the person you are ok so you can make yourself sexy with makeup and clothes but if your an ugly person when you take the clothes off and wash your face you will be left with whats underneath

Just look at the couples you see walking around a shopping centre.

How many times do you see ones, that to you, are really ugly but together.

Look at the tv programs about the really overweight people and see how many of them have a partner.

There is somebody out there that will see a beautiful person in the most unlikely body.

It keeps hope alive for all of us that aren't classically beautiful.

different things attrct us about people, and beauty is fleeting, at the end of the day, as the yuears creep on by and the children come, we sag, and hang! SO once outer beauty is gone we're left with the inner beauty of our partner, ive met plenty of good looking blokes - who are nasty pieces of work and lack inner beauty and as soon as ive seen their personilties - they look completely ugly to me and all I see is there inner ugliness, their looks mean NOTHING all I need is an ugly person insdie and out lacking inner beauty, Then you can meet those who arent as good looking, but radiate inner beauty, kindess, compassion, and have an inner beauty about them, also you can look at people with beautiful souls and beautiful eyes, and when youre making love -whose eyes are you staring into.. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder for sure, what one finds ugly another sees as beauty, I believe theres someone for everyone - we just need to pray about it

Its simple. Everything is a question and there are no answers only the belief in answers. Every time someone tells you something is fact you have a choice that choice is the question. I guess the real question is how fast can we ask questions is there a limit to the speed of questions? I would guess there isnt but that people in power would like you to believe there is.

In essence, the person you are looking at is where the beauty can be found; and it is up to the person gazing whether or not there is beauty to be found in the object being gazed upon.
