Go over toward the Leicester part of Asheville and look for one over in there. The people are more conservative and less crazy. Or, you could head out of town toward Ridgecrest in Black Mountain. That's a good area.
I only stayed there briefly and don't remember any particular churches.
Good Luck. And just remember, nothing we do is ever really by chance. There is a purpose for you and where you end up.
