Eat a banana a day - it really works. Bananas are also excellent for an upset tummy/ulcers anything related to the stomach. My mother in law suffered with this for years & eating a banana a day for about a year has solved her problem.

I wish there was...i have been suffereing a terrible bout sinse June 25. My dr recently put me on Celexa(an antidepressant that is supposed to help with symptoms....i am hopeful.

NO! I have IBS-Drs. gave me medicine to help stomach cramps-Lonox; diarrhea-Imodium; something for stress that causes the disease to run wild. Other than that follow the diet you're given and good luck.
