how to install ie7beta3 after downloading?

I downloaded it.But on trying installing it,an error occurs that extracting file failed due to low memory status

All that means is your CPU is low on its memory space, check your hard drive to see how much space you really have. If there is less than one gig I would do some house cleaning to make room, this also helps the performance of the CPU. Take out programs you never use or games you dont play, those are the items that take the most space. Good Luck
