Hi. I guess if you are needing foods that are high in iron, you may be anemic. So here are some foods I lean towards, because I have anemia.
Spinach, Broccoli, Milk, Oysters, Clams, Mussles, Sardines, Leafy greens, Baked Potatoes, Apricots, Peanut Butter and Soybeans (edamame)

I am from the south, so to many this is wrong but... if you are having a meal full of iron, don't drink tea. Try water or juice. The tannin in tea acts as a magnet for the iron, and you wont get as much absorbed.

But, drinking orange juice helps you absorb Iron. Even Sunny D will help (it is the vitamin C that carries the iron in your blood)

Seaweed. It has good mineral content, too. Seaweed can be used in Asian food and is often used in miso soup. (The way my wife, whose Japanese, makes it, at least.)
