I have that issue. It sounds like it's the opposite of what you should do, but do this: Get a clarifying shampoo. Neutrogena's is fine, but if you can spend the money on something from the salon, please do. Leave it in your hair for like 5-10 minutes. Rinse, then use K-Pak's revitalizing conditioner by joico (Definitely only found in salons). Leave that on for 5-10 minutes, and keep your hair warm if you can (blow dryer). Walah! Also, drink lots of water everyday.

Apply coconut milk once in a week.Let it soak for atlest half an hour and wash the hair with boiled and cooled rice water.

Condition your hair thoroughly. Use a smoother. Avoid blow drying and heat of any kind on your hair. Stay away from hair sprays, etc. with alcohol.

try using roller/curlers in your hair at night or wrapping it and use a hair grease which contains olive oil
