first, Nancy Kay- it has everything to do with life, sad as it may be, the majority rule, and the color of your skin very often makes a difference, if it didn't there would be no such thing as racism.
second, we studied this very thing is my sociology class this last semester, and the sociologist have predicted that in the next 100 years there will be less white and more black and Hispanics in the nation, however more than half the country will still be predominantly white. Asians will be the smallest minority and the native American will no longer exist

It is a fact that there are many more of other races being born than in the white race. World population wise whites are already a minority. What will probably happen will be that we will just all mix.

I have no problem with that. I am a northern European Caucasian living in mestizo (mixed races,indigenous Mayan and latino)Mexico. I am currently a member of an extremely small minority.

I have been a minority for a long while,I have no problem with it I'm not threatened by the diversity. I embrace it. The different cultures and people are a fantastic distraction from the mundane been there done that routine.

Well, everyone was worrying that we wouldn't have enough folks paying into social security because the Baby Boom generation is headed for retirement. Now we will have a lot more paying in. Will it be enough? I don't know. I do know that unemployment numbers haven't been as good as today in decades. The illegal workers apparently have helped not hurt our economy.

even you don't believe there is going to change whites are now one of the less people why because now this days people are mixing up and having kids with different race. so my question to you is are you really sure about whites not being the minority in the USA???? pretty soon mostly everyone will be mixed raced,I think it makes us more accepting of each other.But really white people shouldn't be alarmed.As long as you are the majority running corporate America,and the mojority in U.S. Government (the most powerfull in the world) you shouldn't fear the rest of us being large in number, your large in power.Im sure those numbers wont be reversed.And those are the ones that really count when you get down to it.
