There's no way to know. It depends on the food you feed him and his genetics. It's a wait and see thing with these designer dogs. Can you ask the breeder how big the other dogs have gotten?

with a toy poodle mix it is about the size of a toy poodle, if a larger poodle type the breed mix may make it a little bigger than the toy size

If he is a toy mix he shouldn`t get much bigger than a toy poodle would,if he is standard mix then he may be a good sized dog.

You can get an approximation by taking his weight at 4 months old - multiplying by 2 and adding 20% - it's a great formula and comes pretty close to accurate
