I am glad to see that I am not the only one that has problems with this. No matter how many times you tell them no they do it anyway. I guess you just have to scream it at them.

Come on unless you are lactose intolorent CHEESE is like food of the gods its the best. Its sad if you don't like cheese but man in my mind cheese just makes everything taste better. The main reason fast food restaurants do this is because they are trying to appeal to the masses of people who love cheese BUgger king thats what I call it are just out ot make money and there food is gross Wendys is great and they will usually submit anything that you don't want on them anyways if this is really a concern make your own burgers and stop the whining.

Because everybody wants cheese on their burger. I guess those guys in the back are so used to putting cheese on almost every burger that they just do it without even thinking. That's good for you because you can tell them that they got your order wrong and demand a burger free of charge. Now you got two burgers!

Depends where you go but I never seem to have a problem with that. Special orders always seem to get screwed up some how. They just move so fast back there and get into a routine and forget to omit things I think.
Maybe it's goverment cheese. They are trying to get rid of it.

It's all in the service. Employers hire almost anybody and pay low wages. They certainly can't expect the best of employees for the money they pay.
The 10% of the time you get NO CHEESE = an employee who takes pride in there job regardless of their pay.

because it is an employee mistake. If the burger usually comes with cheese, the employee slaps it on there out of habit.

What's wrong? I love cheese. I'm glad they put it. Make sure you say NOO really loud and clear and ask if they get it before you settle and double check your order.
