I would boil up the rice, dice up the chicken (bite size), dice some onion, dice some green peppers, dice broccolli (bite size). I would put all of it in a casserole dish ( or cake pan if thats all you have) pour the cream of mushroom soup over it and bake it in oven 350 for about 30 minutes (or until chicken is done).
You dont state what kind of spices but if you have some onion powder sprinkle it in sour cream stir, you have instant dip for crackers.
As for adding spices to casserole season to taste. add small amount at time till you think it has right flavor. But I would keep it simple like onion powder & garlic, basil. Good luck!

this is an easy recipe:
boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup of diet cola
1 cup of Ketchup
cook chicken in a pan until done (on top of stove is good rather than in oven)
mix diet cola and ketchup together spoon over chicken and let everything heat up.
Turns into sort of a bbq sauce. It is very tasty - even for the pickiest eaters

CHICKEN MARSALA - In a frying pan, butter (melted) sliced mushrooms (Lots). cook until mushrooms start to soften. In a second frying pan cook Chicken (boneless, cut into pieces or strips and coated with flour) in butter, until edges on all sides start to brown. In first frying pan, add finely diced garlic and a generous amout of Marsala wine to mushrooms and heat vigorously for about two minutes, add chicken from second frying pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce). To finish, add a spritz more Marsala wine (important, to sharpen Marsala flavor) and serve. - ENJOY
