Fruit and WATER will work.
Along with a proper dinner, that provides protein and good carbs.

Cut down on the milk, and add more water.

well not really because you need a proper meal for all your meals. Its good you are eating fruits but you also need vegetables

Go easy on the milk unless your talking about fat free milk. In that case I don't see any problem. You should adding whole wheat cereal to it. Helps to satisfy hunger.
