i recently got a offer to study in university in london can i get a loan from a bank in the uk??

The thing is am German but am not able to study in Germany cause i did the British system and didnt take math or science,so i have to study in the uk.problem is am also not qualified for the finance from lea cause have not been in the EU for more than 3 years,and also unfortunately,cant get a student loan in my country cause i wont be studying in germany..my quastion is,is it possible for me to get a student loan in the uk from the banks?and if yes,what are the requirements???

oh, all you got to do is to seek the assistance of the dean or the college secretary of the university in London regarding the possibility of doing a bank loan there. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
